If you purchased any Skechers footwear called Shape-ups, Resistance Runner, Shape-ups Toners/Trainers, and Tone-ups from August 1, 2008 until and including August 13, 2012 in the United States, a settlement may affect your rights.
A settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit, captioned Grabowski v. Skechers U.S.A., Inc., No. 3:12-cv-00204 (W.D. Ky.). Skechers denies those allegations.
You may be a class member if you purchased eligible Skechers toning shoes from August 1, 2008, until and including August 13, 2012 in the United States.
Under the agreement, Skechers agreed to establish a $40 million, non-reversionary fund to be used for the payment of class claims.
